How we work on construction and fit-out projects
We understand the pressures of delivering to programme on a live construction site. Our project managers work around your site requirements, sequencing and deadlines, coordinating every stage from initial specification through to installation and handover.
1. Specification and sequencing
We review the programme, drawings and site requirements, agreeing an installation schedule that fits around other trades and protects the critical path.
2. Compliance and documentation
Project-specific RAMS are prepared and submitted for approval, alongside the relevant health and safety documentation and accreditation details.
3. Site access and inductions
We confirm access arrangements, delivery restrictions and induction requirements in advance, assigning an appropriately trained team to the project.
4. Named project contacts
You will have a dedicated Exubia project manager throughout, supported by a named site supervisor during installation.
5. Coordinated installation
Planting is delivered and installed to the agreed sequence, with our team coordinating directly with site management and other trades.
6. Handover and ongoing care
Following installation, we complete a final walk-through and address any snagging before arranging a smooth transition into ongoing maintenance where required.

Yes. Following installation and sign-off, we can arrange ongoing care through our nationwide maintenance teams, helping ensure the planting continues to perform and look its best.
Our project and installation teams include personnel with qualifications such as SMSTS, SSSTS, IPAF 3a and 3b, PASMA, working-at-height and harness training, and asbestos awareness. The team assigned to each project is selected according to its particular requirements.
We review your programme, access arrangements and required sequencing before installation. Delivery and installation are scheduled around other trades to minimise disruption and help protect the critical path.
Yes. We prepare project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for submission and approval before installation, together with relevant health and safety and accreditation documentation.
Yes. Our installation teams complete required site inductions and follow project-specific access, safety and working arrangements.
