Care
Our relationship continues long after installation. Experienced HortiCare technicians make regular visits to water, feed, clean, prune and monitor every plant. If a plant does not thrive, we replace it at no additional cost, keeping the whole scheme healthy and looking its best throughout the year.

By understanding your organisation, its people and the experience you want to create, we design schemes that support wellbeing, encourage connection and express something meaningful about your culture. Yes. We assess the available light and select plants suited to the conditions, including varieties such as snake plants, ZZ plants, peace lilies and Chinese evergreens, which can tolerate lower light levels. Where live planting is not suitable, we can also explore preserved planting or other solutions that bring greenery into the space without requiring natural light.
If a plant does not thrive, we replace it at no additional cost as part of our ongoing maintenance service. Our experienced HortiCare technicians also monitor each scheme during regular visits, adjusting watering, feeding, positioning and care where needed to help every plant remain healthy and looking its best.
The best plants depend on the available light, temperature, space and how the environment is used. Our designers assess these conditions before recommending suitable varieties, ensuring the finished scheme looks right for the space and can continue to thrive.
