Our Story
It’s a setting that still feels important to who we are. Surrounded by growing spaces, water, light and changing seasons, our roots are firmly planted in nature. From here, we’re ideally placed to support London and the Southeast, while continuing to serve projects across the whole of the UK.
This year marks over 50 years since Exubia first started. That longevity matters. It speaks to experience, trust and a quiet confidence built over decades of looking after plants, people, and places properly. We’ve seen trends come and go, technologies evolve and workplaces change dramatically, but the value of well-designed planting has remained constant. We’ve grown with the industry, adapting our services while staying true to what we do best.

The name Exubia comes from the idea of being exuberant, of growth, energy, and life
It also reflects a slightly different way of thinking. We’re probably one of the only companies in this space that clients receive a proposal from without the word “plant” in the name. That’s deliberate. Our work goes beyond products. It’s about how environments feel, how people experience them and how nature can genuinely improve the spaces where we spend our time.

Why choose us
What truly sets us apart is what happens after installation. We are deeply committed to the ongoing experience, ensuring that every scheme continues to support the people who work around it, month after month, year after year. Our technicians become familiar, trusted faces within the buildings they visit, carefully nurturing each display and responding to the subtle changes that living environments naturally bring.
It is not simply about keeping plants looking good. It is about preserving the positive impact on wellbeing, focus and atmosphere, so the benefits felt on day one are still being experienced long into the future.

Built around people
Above all, Exubia is built around people. We are a people-focused business, and that starts with our own teams. We care about the wellbeing, development and pride of the people who represent us every day, from technicians and designers to warehouse and support staff. Many have been with us for years, which we see as a reflection of the culture we work hard to protect.
After five decades, we’re still curious, still learning and still passionate about creating greener, healthier spaces. Our roots may be in Oxfordshire, but our outlook is national, and our ambition is very much for the future.
