The story of the NASA Clean Air Study

In the 1990s NASA undertook a series of experiments to see the effect of indoor plants on air quality.

As part of the study, they tested a number of common indoor plants to see if they could reduce the quantity of Benzene, Trichloroethylene and Formaldehyde in the air.

The findings from the study showed that around 19 plants could effectively be used to improve air quality in indoor spaces.

Our design team have crafted hundreds of beautiful displays utilising these plants so are well situated to help you create your own air purifying planting scheme.
